Join IAC Bina & MyAish for a special evening, celebrating the various cultural flavors that inspire Israeli cuisine. Our event will feature the chance to taste dishes from an array of countries, including Morocco, Tunisia, and Yemen, and will be accompanied by a modest selection of wines. The event will also feature chef, blogger, and award-winning cookbook writer Amelia Saltsman. Amelia will discuss her personal journey experimenting with Israeli cuisine, and how her relationship with it has served as a platform for her culinary success.
